The 4×400-meter relay team of Hallie Trueblood, Emalyn Campbell, Jacey Fuller, and Lexi Weber broke the school record tonight, posting a time of 4:42.60. The girls set the record while competing in the Knox County Junior High Relays. Congratulations on the accomplishment, ladies!

At tonight’s Knox County Junior High Relays, Ali Ward set a new school record in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.24 seconds. Good work, Ali!

For the first time in six meets this season, the wind finally took a break, giving our athletes a well-earned reprieve. The result was a strong performance, with the two junior high track teams combining for nine personal bests and four team-best times across the six relays contested. On the girls' side, two new school records were set, and the team secured its fifth top-three finish in six meets.
Baseball Scheduling Update
Our baseball game scheduled for Thursday, April 30 against Milan has been canceled due to their need to reschedule a conference matchup. We've added a game against Kirksville on Thursday, April 30, with a 5:00 p.m. first pitch. The bus will depart for Kirksville at 2:45 p.m.

Due to a day of forecasted thunderstorm activity for the Des Moines area, tomorrow's 3rd-6th STEM club trip to the Blank Park Zoo has been canceled.
The Lady Tigers had a great showing today at the Gary Ewing Invitational in Brookfield, finishing 3rd out of 22 teams!
We broke the 4x800m relay record and had several personal bests and season bests across the board. Proud of the effort and progress this group continues to make.

Beautiful day for track. Injuries are still an issue. Two guys should be back in action hopefully next week if they can get healthy. Everyone did well but with 24 teams it was too much for us this day.
Congrats to Layne Pflum for a new PR in the javelin. Congrats to the girls for a great finish. Congrats to Landon McDonald for a new PR in the triple jump.

Scotland County’s bats came alive in the bottom of the fourth inning, plating three runs to erase a two-run deficit and take a 3–2 lead over Marceline as we head to the top of the fifth.
