Congratulations to Charlee Holland on her selection as the Freeman Financial & Insurance Player of the Game for her impact in the January 23 championship game of the North Shelby Tournament against Mark Twain. The Lady Tigers earned a 51–48 victory, with Charlee leading the way by recording a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

Congratulations to Braylon Campbell on being named the Freeman Financial & Insurance Player of the Game for his outstanding performance in the January 23 championship game of the North Shelby Tournament against Schuyler County. The Tigers captured the program’s first tournament title since November 2016 with a 66–54 victory. Braylon led the way with 22 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocked shots. Congratulations, Braylon.
A big thank you to Jennifer McMinn for coming into the 8th Grade Careers class and speaking with students about her career as an occupational therapist. We truly appreciate her taking the time to share her knowledge and experiences, and for giving our students insight on this career path.
