Junior Varsity Softball to follow
With little relief from the heat in the immediate forecast, a decision has been made to push the start of tomorrow night’s varsity game back to 6:00 p.m. I understand this decision may not be ideal for everyone, but the safety of our players remains our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.
The Scotland County cross country high school girls showed up strong at their first meet of the season in Salisbury! All 5 girls ran extremely well! Two runners earned individual medals tonight. Georgia Taylor brought home 2nd place and Kierstyn Moore brought home 15th place. The meet had 58 female runners. Scotland County finished 4th as a team!! Congratulations to Georgia Taylor, Kierstyn Moore, Cammy Frederick, Reagan Brewer and Emma Whitney!!

Junior Varsity Football Scheduling Update
August 31, 2026
Scotland County vs Clark County
Junior Varsity Football 7:00
This week is shaping up to be a hot one, with the temperature currently forecast to reach or exceed 96 degrees tomorrow afternoon. In conjunction with Clark County, a decision has been made to push the start of tomorrow night’s game back to 7:00 p.m. I can’t predict exactly what the weather conditions will look like at game time, I believe being proactive and erring on the side of caution by moving the game back an hour is the right decision. I understand this decision may not be ideal for everyone, but player safety is the top priority. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

📣🐯 Cheer Camp Recap! 🐯📣
Earlier this summer, the varsity cheerleaders had the opportunity to spend three days learning, growing, and working hard with the Columbia College Cheerleading Coach Danniele Liles! The girls worked on skills, motions, jumps, teamwork, and so much more. It was a great opportunity for them to learn, challenge themselves, and continue building confidence both on and off the mat. We are so proud of the time and effort our cheerleaders put in throughout camp and all summer! 💙🤍

Band camp has been canceled for today
Band camp will be postponed until 11am. Sorry for the confusion

Thank you to Luke Myers (coach Haire’s cousin) for donating and building a new bench for the softball field. Luke needed a project to get his Eagle Scouts. The Scotland County Lady Tigers appreciate it!!
