15 strong finishing up the third day of workouts with ab workouts!!!!! We have grown everyday! Come join the fun!! Weight room is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays in the morning at 6:30 and after school as well!!! Grades 7-12, boys and girls welcome. Does not have to be involved with sports. Come get the best out of you that you can!!!!!!
