Softball Scheduling Updates Knox County is limited to one playing field. With just a single field available, there will be no junior varsity game on Tuesday night. The junior high will play one game starting at 5:00, with the varsity to follow. Fast-forward to September 26, North Shelby will be in town for softball action. It's Homecoming week for North, with a pep rally scheduled for the night of September 26. As a result, there will be no junior varsity game, and the junior high will play but a single game. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 at both parks. Happy weekend to all.
