Last week, the Scotland County FBLA chapter attended State Conference in Springfield, MO where several students were able to compete. In addition to competitions and workshops, Adelynn Hoyal and Austin Ambrose each were awarded their 200 hour Community Service Award pins.

Great day for track but injuries have caught up to us early this year so missing a few kids today. Still a great day with high level competition.

The Lady Tigers had a strong showing today at the Westran Relays, finishing in third place!
We had several PRs and SBs, and we’re knocking at the door of a couple of school records. The hard work is paying off.
We’re back in action Friday at the Gary Ewing Invitational in Brookfield!

Final
Scotland County finishes 2nd in the Atlanta - La Plata Invitational Golf tournament.
The tigers shot a team score of 357, and all 3 seniors earned top 10 medals.
Dane Blessing finished 2nd individually with a score of 82.
Levi Stott and Wesley McSparren tied for 7th place with a score of 89.
Cohen Small rounded out the team score and shot a 97 to finish 18th individually.
Preston McBee shot a 121.

Due to the impending storm this afternoon, Scotland County Schools will dismiss today at 2:00 p.m..
