Two students from Scotland County R-1 High School's Memphis FFA Chapter practiced their public speaking at the November 9th Scotland County Rotary Club meeting. Junior Emma Harvey and Freshman Sadie Jackson will compete at the Missouri FFA Area III Public Speaking Contest on November 10th in LaPlata. Harvey will be competing in the Missouri Cattleman's Association speech category and Jackson will be competing in the Missouri Farm Bureau speech category.
