Continuous School Improvement Program ICSIP) Survey
In an effort to gather information from our stakeholders (parents, grandparents, community members, staff, students, etc), the district has designed the following survey. The purpose of this survey is to understand our school’s climate and culture to identify areas for continuous improvement. Your response to the survey items will help our school with targeted interventions and support. It is estimated to take 20 minutes or less to complete this survey.
