Scotland County R-1 School District

Scotland County elementary and high school student council members invited students to wear hats for $1 each day for a week in order to help raise money for new books for our public library. The library had approximately $20,000 in books damaged. Tacey Monroe is shown receiving the donation from our student council members. #tigerpride
